When you come in, we'll start by getting to know you and your fitness goals. We'll do a full body 3D Scan to get a detailed look at where your body currently stands and what areas we can focus on. It will show you everything from your posture to your muscle mass and measurements, and even tell us which side of your body is the strongest. From there, we'll get you set up with any or all of the following: 

* Customized Meal Plan with Optional Done-for-You Meals

(just heat for 3 minutes and enjoy)

(delicious appetite curbing beverages, protein shakes, vitamins and more)

* Fitness Tracker Belt

(tracks your workouts to tell you everything from heart rate, to exactly how many calories you're burning at each workout)
